Climbing Peaks @ 10 Weeks!

Saturday  my son Cedar Paul did his first peak! Pagosa Peak standing at a little over 12,600 ft was the first on his list of Colorado Peaks to bag. He took it like a champ and slept the whole way (except for a brief moment at picture time). This is one of our areas moderate peaks to climb. It’s easily accessible in the summer and takes on about 2,000 vertical feet from trail head- to summit. We were able to do it in about 3 hours and 20 minutes with the little man. Great fun for the family, and it always scores me extra points with my wife Rachel, Peak Climbing is just about her favorite thing to do!
